Zyena is a personal development application that provides 30-day dare programs designed to help users build confidence, develop new habits, and achieve personal growth through daily challenges, meditation resources, and community support.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to other users.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. 30-Day Program Commitment

When you enroll in a resource program, you commit to a 30-day journey. During this period:

  • You will be locked into your chosen resource for the full 30 days
  • You must complete each daily dare to unlock the next day's challenge
  • Incomplete dares will repeat until confirmed complete
  • You may abandon a resource, but this will reset your progress

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Zyena and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting content through the App (such as community messages), you grant Zyena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App's operation.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Medical Advice

Zyena is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App provides general wellness and personal development content. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions you may have.

8.2 App Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyena and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
